Reminder that I drop 2 new videos every Monday and I am rotating through the levels. Last week was Level 1, the Mat + Chair work and a Daily Essential video on Squats. Today the new videos are a Work the Wall video in Level 2 and a Daily Essential video on the 2x4- Standing Exercise. Some of you are asking for shorter videos and the Work the Wall video is only 35 min and really great for all levels.
