What do we need when we have low back pain? Our bodies need core stability, to have balanced, strong and flexible hip range of motion, strong glutes, myofascial release and last but not least, deep 360 degree breathing. This class will address all of those things and more. My hope is that you take the exercises from this class that work for you and build them into a daily routine to stay pain free.
Props needed: foam roller, small hard release balls (Yoga Tune Up, tennis, lacrosse, pinky ball), wall space is optional.
