This class is perfect for all cyclists whether road or spin. One of the most important things you can learn as a cyclist is how to fire your glutes and adductors, which we will work on in this class. Another important thing to keep in mind is that you are consistent with these exercises. These exercises can all be done as standalone exercises throughout your day and around your house. It's the small things and consistency that matters, that's how you master something. Find the muscles and keep at it! I also go over some stretches at the end to do after you have finished biking.
