Post Cardio Cool Down
This class is great to do as a cool down after any cardio workout. You can also take series from this class if you don’t have time for a full 30 min cool down. Chose what works for you!

For Runners: Warm Up
This class for runners thoroughly warms you up for a run. We focus on predominantly on single leg exercises as running is a single leg activity. Single side strength is key. And no good warm up is complete without core work!
