This class is a great place to start if you are new to Level 2 or want to focus on the form and breath. We bring it back to the basics of the breath and focus on moving with our breath during every movement. As our skill level progresses, it can be very easy to forget about the breath but we must remember if we are not breathing correctly then there is no point. We take extra time in the beginning and end of class to hone in and practice this.
Props needed: something to rest your legs on at the end for legs up the wall/chair.
