Work the Wall
Level 2
•
35m
This is one of my favorite workouts to do! The wall gives such nice support to aid in correct posture and alignment, not to mention challenging us to stand the entire class. So if you are someone that sits a lot (who doesn't?) this class is perfect. Try to incorporate these moves into your everyday routine as we can pretty much always find a wall to use! I believe this class is truly great for any and all levels, even if you have to modify or drop the weights.
Props needed: Open wall space, 2-3 lb. Weights (if you don't have weights, soup cans work great), and Hand Towel for sliding on the wall.
