Spine Corrector Inspired Workout

This workout is inspired from one of the pieces of classical Pilates equipment, the Spine Corrector. If you have one you can use it for this workout. But if you don’t, this is a great way to get the similar benefits doing some of my favorites series from the Spine Corrector.
Props needed: I use a bolster in the video. You could also use Spine Corrector, small barrel/arc, or a rolled up thick blanket.

Thera-Band Full Body
Get your heart rate up and your muscles firing in this full body thera-band class. Short and sweet. Props Needed: Circle/Loop Thera-Band. Any strength. If you only have a long thera-band you can tie it in a knot to make a circle. Want to take it down a notch? Drop the band.

Reformer on the Mat - Front Splits
This reformer on the mat class follows the beginner/intermediate reformer order working up to your front splits at the end. I highly suggest using weights to make it feel similar to the resistance you find on the reformer.
Props needed: slippery socks, weights (heavy on legs, lighter on arms), ...
