In this intermediate class, we start standing to get the blood flowing. As we come to the Mat, we move our bodies through its full ranges of motion utilizing the hand towel to get more work in the core. We will challenge our bodies with some core level skills such as single leg kick in a forearm plank, side sit ups, side plank, chest expansion and knee stretches. We finish with an energy release and a final relaxation.
Props needed: hand towel, weights for arms in beginning (optional), space for legs up the wall/chair at the end
